Must know
  • Only open and opening-soon programs are listed. Programs your club made visible with registration open or opening soon appear, open ones first. A hidden program still opens from a direct link.
  • No account needed to browse. You sign in only when you start registering.
  • Level is strict. Picking a Level keeps only programs tagged with it, so all-level programs drop out. Some filters appear only when your club uses them.
  • Invite Only cards differ by club. The card reads Request to Join if your club accepts requests. Otherwise it reads View details and you contact the club directly.
Where to find it. Select Programs in your club website’s menu (a club can rename it). The page is headed Registration. The home page’s View Programs button and the family portal’s See all programs link open it too. For a by-date view, try the class calendar. What is listed. Closed, hidden and not-yet-live programs are left off. Programs not yet open come after open ones, and can take a little while after their opening time to switch. If none qualify, the page says No programs are currently available for registration.

Scan the program cards

Each card shows the name, dates, weekly times, location, session count ((drop-in available) on drop-ins) and labels for age (such as Ages 1 year 6 months - 3 years), gender and spots. No weekly times reads Schedule TBD. Badges call out Sold Out, Waitlist Available, or N spots left once five or fewer remain. Requirement labels: Membership Required, Pass Required, Purchase required, Additional Fee Required.

Narrow the list with Filters

Select Filters, then use Location, Season, Category, Age Range (with a Years / Months toggle), Date Range, Time Range, Level, Coach or Gender. Select Show 8 programs at the bottom of the tray to see the list.
  • Which filters you see. Location appears only for clubs with several locations, and Level, Season, Category and Coach only when your club uses them. Season lists current seasons and any season with a program open now.
  • The count above the list (such as 8 of 20 programs) adds the season’s name when you pick one.
  • Sharing. Filters are saved in the page address, so you can bookmark or share the list.
  • Clearing. Clear All Filters appears in the tray on a computer once a filter is on, and under the No matching programs message when nothing matches.

Read the button

Register means sign-ups are open. Opens Oct 5 at 9:00 AM (or Coming Soon) means later. Join Waitlist appears when a full program has waitlist room; a Sold Out button cannot be selected. A program marked Invite Only shows Request to Join or View details.
Reading the price. The footer reads Free Program, Monthly Fee (such as $85.00/mo), Annual Fee, Per Session, Program Total or Program Fee. Programs priced by weekly training time show Rate Card tuition with a table of price tiers. A sale shows a green label with its name and the regular price struck through (a first-payment-only sale shows the first-payment price in the label instead). Multi-session discounts read like 2+ sessions: 10% off. Price per session, with a monthly amount underneath. Some programs are priced per session and billed by the month. The card leads with the rate, such as **25.00persession∗∗(labelled∗∗Tuition∗∗),withalinebelowsuchas"Billedmonthly,about25.00 per session** (labelled **Tuition**), with a line below such as "Billed monthly, about 50.00 to $125.00 depending on the classes scheduled”. Each period charges the sessions scheduled in it. Grouping. If your club uses categories, programs sit under category headings, with the rest under Other Programs. A club can group by season instead. Spaces and lessons you can book appear below the programs, and filters do not apply to them.
