Must know
  • Memberships are grouped by athlete and show a status and a payment status side by side.
  • Auto-renewing memberships show the next renewal date and amount; a heads-up appears within 14 days of renewal.
  • An Ending membership stays active until its end date, then ends with no further charges.
Sign in to your family portal and open the Memberships page — it appears as long as at least one of your clubs offers memberships or passes, so if none of them do, you won’t see it. Everything is grouped by athlete, so each child has their own section listing the memberships they hold. Most are ones you bought, but a section can also show a membership your gym added for the athlete directly — such as a free or complimentary one. Each membership shows two badges:
  • Status — where the membership stands: Active (in effect), Ending (cancelled but still active until its end date), Lapsed (a payment problem suspended it), Completed (its term has finished), or occasionally Archived (an older membership that’s been retired and kept for your records).
  • Payment — its billing health: Paid, Pending, Lapsing, or Overdue.
Below the badges you’ll see the plan name and its billing line — either Renews [date] · [amount] for an auto-renewing membership, or Ends [date] · no further charges for one that’s winding down. At the top of the page, alert banners flag anything that needs attention:
  • A red payment overdue banner links to your billing page to update your payment method.
  • An amber renewal approaching banner appears when an auto-renewing membership will renew within 14 days.
This page is where you manage memberships — a Cancel button appears on any membership you can end yourself. Related: How do I cancel a membership? · What happens if my membership payment fails? · When does my membership renew and what am I charged?
