Must know
- Waivers usually come up during registration or checkout, but you can also sign one later from the athlete’s registration page — for example, when a missing-waiver action item sends you there.
- A multi-page waiver can be covered by one signature: in checkout you can sign page by page or tick sign all pages at once, and the registration-page dialog always applies a single signature to every page.
- Your action-item dashboard flags any unsigned waivers per athlete and registration, and reminders grow more urgent within 7 days of a program’s start date.
- Some clubs set a waiver to expire after a set period. Once a signature expires it counts as unsigned again — checkout asks for it and it reappears as an action item until you re-sign.

Sign during checkout
When you register an athlete for a program that requires waivers, the waiver appears as part of checkout. Read each page, then draw your signature — either on every page, or tick the option to sign all pages at once with a single signature.
2
Or sign later from the registration
Missed one? Open the athlete’s registration in the parent portal and find its Waivers section. Choose Sign waiver, enter your name, and draw one signature — it’s applied to every page of the waiver.

You're done
Once every required waiver is signed, you can finish registering. Your signature is recorded against the athlete and that waiver — not a single program — so signing once clears it for every program, membership, or booking that requires the same waiver, unless your club set that waiver to expire, in which case you re-sign it from the registration once its period passes.
