Must know
  • The heat strip and year heatmap only appear once at least one class has a recorded outcome — a brand-new athlete with nothing marked yet shows no chart.
  • Attendance covers both enrolled programs and drop-in sessions, so drop-in classes appear even without a full enrollment.
  • The per-program timeline lists past classes only; upcoming sessions are surfaced as a count and in the program hero, not as timeline rows.
Open Attendance and use the Viewing pills to pick a child if you have more than one. The page opens on an overview of that athlete’s attendance.

Read the overview

Four tiles summarize attendance: overall Attendance percentage, Attended (how many of the tracked classes they made), current Streak, and This month with its change versus last month. Below them, a recent heat strip and a 365-day calendar heatmap show the pattern at a glance.

Scan the program cards

Each enrolled or drop-in program gets a card showing how many classes were attended, the percentage, and the last class date.
3

Open a program for the full history

Click a program card to drill in. You’ll see a hero (next class or last attended), rate and streak cards, and a class-by-class timeline of past sessions grouped by month.
