Must know
- Your club decides when evaluations reach you: when staff publish them (the usual setting), straight away, or a set number of days after the evaluation.
- New achievement awards can wait too. They stay hidden until your club publishes them, unless the achievement publishes automatically.
- Skill progress counts only evaluations you can see, so it catches up once the evaluation is published.
- If a result disappears, your club may have edited, unpublished or revoked it. Ask your club.
1
Look on the Evaluations page
Go to Athletes and select the Evaluations label on your athlete’s card (or Evaluations in the Progress section of their profile). If it isn’t listed, it isn’t published yet. Your club may show unpublished evaluations early with an amber Draft badge; those can still change.
2
Check Skill progress
Select the Skills label (or View all in Progress). A skill stays Not Started until an evaluation you can see marks it (a published one, or a Draft if your club shows drafts). It can move back if that evaluation is unpublished or deleted.
3
Check the Achievements page
Select the Achievements label. A new award missing from Earned is usually waiting for your club to publish it, even if the page says No achievements yet.
4
Still missing? Ask your club
Your club can tell you whether it is waiting, was corrected, or was taken back.
Why a result can disappear. Editing a published evaluation unpublishes it, unless the person editing it keeps it published or the evaluation publishes as soon as it’s recorded. Staff can also unpublish one. It returns once published again (as a Draft meanwhile, if your club shows drafts).
The evaluation email. It goes out only once the evaluation is published with a Pass, Excellent or Satisfactory result (never Retry), and only if your club sends it.
When achievement awards publish. A new award waits for someone at the club to publish it, unless the achievement publishes automatically or the staff member who awarded it published it straight away. Until then it’s hidden entirely, even from In progress. If staff revoke an award, it no longer shows as earned and isn’t awarded again automatically.
Why In progress is missing. In progress appears only if your club shows families achievements in progress (the usual setting) rather than earned ones only, and only for achievements tied to an evaluation your athlete has had. Others appear once earned.
Other reasons.
- Shared access. If an athlete is shared with you, you see skills, evaluations and achievements only if your access includes View progress, which the family owner chooses.
- Training features off. If your club doesn’t use them, the profile has no Achievements card and the Achievements page stays empty.
- Long histories. The Evaluations page loads the 200 most recent (a note says so, and the totals still cover all). Skill progress counts at most the 2,000 most recent.
