Must know
  • Programs open and close on set dates. A not-yet-open program shows its announced open date and time — for example Opens Apr 25 at 9:00 AM.
  • An early-access code lets you register before the window officially opens.
  • Once a program is full you can’t register even during an open window — you join the waitlist instead, when your club has one enabled.
Each program has a registration window your club sets. The program card’s button reflects where that window stands:
  • Register — the window is open; you can sign up now.
  • Opens Apr 25 at 9:00 AM (or Coming Soon when no date is set) — the program is scheduled to open later. The button still opens the program’s page so you can plan; there, the main button shows the same Opens… label until the window opens, then switches to Enroll in program (or unlocks right away if you apply a valid early-access code).
  • Registration Closed — the window has ended.
Early-access codes. If your club gave you an early-access code (for returning families or members, say), you can register before the window opens. Your club may share it as an early-access link with the code already built in — if you got a link, just open it. Otherwise, on the program’s page, use the Have an access code? prompt to enter it while the program is still scheduled. Without a valid code, a not-yet-open or closed program will stop you at checkout with “Registration is not yet open” or “Registration has closed.” Full programs are different. Being inside an open window doesn’t guarantee a seat — if the program has filled and your club has turned on its waitlist (and it still has room), you’ll be offered the waitlist rather than a registration. If no waitlist is enabled or it’s also full, the program shows Sold Out instead. (This applies to programs you register for as a whole — drop-in programs show availability per session rather than for the program overall.)
