Must know
  • Only orders you pay yourself — marked Due soon, Overdue, or Failed — show a Pay this order form; a paid order won’t, and an auto-billed membership or subscription shows an Automatic payment summary instead.
  • You can pay with a saved card or enter a new one; it’s a one-time charge, not a subscription.
  • If your gym charges a service fee and accepts more than one payment type, you first pick card or bank transfer and that choice’s fee is added before you confirm. With only one type, the fee applies automatically.
  • If a previous attempt failed, a Last payment attempt failed alert appears prompting you to try a different card.
When something needs paying, you settle it right from the order itself.
1

Open the order

Go to Orders, then select the order you need to pay. The quick cards at the top (Due soon, Overdue, Failed) filter the list to help you find it.
2

Find the Pay this order section

On the order detail, scroll to Pay this order. If the order is already paid, this section won’t appear.
3

Pick a payment type (only when it's offered)

This step appears only when your gym charges a service fee and accepts more than one payment type. When it does, you choose between Card / Apple Pay / Google Pay and Bank transfer (EFT in Canada, ACH in the US) — each shows the fee it carries (or “No fee”), so you can pick the cheaper route. Otherwise you go straight to the form. Use Change payment method to switch.
4

Choose how to pay

Use a saved card, or enter a new card, digital wallet, or bank account — a one-time payment, not a subscription. After a partial payment you owe only the remaining balance. When a service fee applies, the Review charges breakdown adds a Service fee line and shows the Total charge.
5

Confirm

Submit the payment. You’ll see Confirming your payment… briefly, then the order flips to Paid — by card or bank account. If a bank payment is later returned (for example, insufficient funds), the order reopens to unpaid and your gym is notified.
If a charge is declined, the form shows an alert so you can try a different card without losing your place — you’re only charged once the payment succeeds. Related: What do the order statuses mean? · How do I save a card or payment method? · What happens when an automatic payment fails?
