Must know
  • Choose Waivers in the menu (on phones, under More) to see every waiver signed for your athletes, grouped by club.
  • Each signed waiver has View and Download PDF, and always shows the exact version that was signed.
  • A waiver signed at checkout appears once the purchase completes. Signed waivers stay listed even after the club retires the waiver.
  • An Expired badge means the waiver needs a new signature. Sign it from the athlete’s registration.
Where to find it. Choose Waivers in the menu to open Signed waivers. On a phone, tap More, then Waivers. You can also choose View all in an athlete’s Waivers section, which opens the list with that athlete selected. On a computer, press Ctrl+K (⌘K on a Mac) and search Waivers. The viewer on the athlete’s page has no download buttons, so download from Waivers.
1

Pick the athlete

Use the athlete labels at the top (hidden if you have one athlete). Waivers are grouped by club, newest first.
2

Read the row

Each row shows the Signed version, the signed date in the club’s time zone, Signed by and a Signed or Expired badge. The list loads 25 at a time. Choose Load older signed waivers for more.
3

View or download

Choose View to read the waiver page by page, or Download PDF to save a copy. The Electronic signature box shows who signed, their relationship, the date, IP address, expiry and email. View PDF, Print, Download and Evidence (a zip) sit at the top. If the club has edited the waiver since, a notice says so.
What is listed. Every completed signature is listed, whether it came from checkout, the registration’s Waivers card, another guardian or the club’s previous system (noted Imported signing evidence). Signing again adds a row. If club staff expire a signature, its row says who did it and that the document is kept. Your own waivers. A Your account waivers card appears only if you signed waivers for yourself, showing Signed, Signed, awaiting payment or No longer valid, with Download PDF. Who can see them. You see an athlete’s waivers for clubs where you have View documents access to that athlete, including people with shared access, who can view but not sign. Without it you see We could not load your signed waivers. A waiver is missing. An empty list says No signed waivers found. The checkout may not have finished, or the waiver may be unsigned. Open the athlete’s registration, choose the waiver in its Waivers card and sign it.
