Must know
  • Where it shows. Your athlete’s place shows on Registrations in the family portal as #N in line, or Spot available when a seat has opened for them.
  • It can change. The club can reorder or remove waitlisted families, so the number can move. If your club takes your athlete off the waitlist and you join again, they go to the back.
  • No number? Plain Waitlisted means your club is not showing place in line for that program right now, or it is the program entry for a request to join specific sessions.

Open Registrations

In the family portal, select Registrations. Waitlisted registrations sort near the top, right after any that read Payment pending. To see only waitlists, choose Waitlisted in the Any status filter.

Read the Waitlisted line

Under the program name, a waitlisted registration shows Waitlisted with a label. The registration’s own page shows the same line.
How the number is counted. The line starts in the order families joined. It leaves out families already offered a seat and families waiting for specific sessions. Club staff can move a family up or down, remove one, or move a specific athlete in out of order, so your number can change either way. Your club sees the same place. What Spot available leads to. It does not mean your athlete is enrolled yet. If your club turned on automatic promotion for the program (it is off by default), the move happens on its own. Otherwise, club staff move your athlete in by hand. Automatic promotion skips families who asked for specific sessions. For a paid program, the registration then reads Payment pending while the charge goes through, then Active or Upcoming. When there is no number. Each program has a club setting, Show Families Their Place in Line, that stays on unless the club turns it off. With it off, or if the club closes the program’s waitlist while you’re still on it, you see only Waitlisted. If you asked for certain sessions instead of the whole program, each session is listed separately as a Drop-in and can show its own place in that session’s line.
