Must know
  • Refunds are issued by the gym, by cancelling specific items on an order — not as a free-form dollar amount you request yourself.
  • Only paid or partly-paid orders can be refunded. Right now, only program and store-product items are eligible.
  • You get the full amount back for a refunded item — the club absorbs the processing fee — and any tax is returned proportionally.
Refunds in Uplifter work at the item level. Rather than typing in an amount, the gym cancels the specific line item (or items) being refunded, and Uplifter returns the money for exactly those items. That keeps your refund tied to what actually changed on the order.

What can be refunded

  • Program registrations and store products are refundable today.
  • Memberships, passes, and event items aren’t refundable through this flow yet.
  • Discount lines can’t be selected on their own — a discount stays attached to the item it applied to.
Each item can be refunded up to the amount you actually paid for it (after any discount). An order has to be paid or partially paid to be refundable in the first place.

Fees and tax

You receive the full price of the refunded item back — the club covers the payment processing fee, so it’s never deducted from your refund. Tax is refunded in proportion to the amount being returned, at the rate that applied when you bought. To request a refund, contact the gym — they handle it from their side. Once it’s issued, you can follow its progress on your Orders page; see the linked article for where the money goes and how long it takes.
