Must know
  • Only at clubs that sell event tickets. Ticketed events are on your club website’s Events page.
  • Each ticket is emailed to you as a link to its own ticket page. That link is where you find and show your ticket.
  • The QR code shows only when the ticket is ready: paid, complete (named, waivers signed, required questions answered) and within its valid dates.

Find a ticketed event

On your club website, open Events, or select a ticketed event on the Calendar. The Events page lists upcoming events that have tickets, and your club chooses whether to show it.
2

Choose your tickets

Each ticket type shows its price. One you can’t buy right now reads Sold Out, Sales Not Yet Open or Sales Closed.
  • For a ticket anyone can use, set the quantity (you may see Limit [N] per order), enter each Attendee [N] name if asked, then select Add to Cart - $[total].
  • For a ticket only for athletes, select Sign In to Select Athletes, check each eligible athlete (or select Add athlete), then Add [N] Tickets - $[total]. If none qualify, you see “None of your athletes are eligible for this ticket type.” and Add an athlete.
Some ticket types need another purchase: a required store item is added alongside the ticket, and a required program registration comes first.

Check out and open your ticket email

Check out from your cart. After you pay, you get an email with a View ticket button for each ticket. Each opens that ticket’s page: the ticket with its QR code, Print Ticket, and Add to Google Wallet when available.
Finishing a ticket. If a ticket anyone can use still needs something, its page shows Complete this ticket: enter the Attendee name if asked, answer any required questions, select Continue, then sign each required waiver. The QR code then appears. A ticket for an athlete can’t be finished from the link. The page reads This ticket is completed from your account and points you to a Tickets page in the family portal. That page isn’t in the menu, so contact your club to finish the ticket. Why the QR code can be hidden. The ticket shows one of these instead: A multi-entry ticket keeps its QR code and shows the admissions left, as [N] of [M] remaining. At the door. Show the QR code on your phone, on paper or in Google Wallet for staff to scan. Your club may check some tickets in from its list instead. If a link shows Ticket Not Found, use your most recent ticket email: a resent ticket’s old link stops working.
