Must know
  • If you haven’t logged in for more than 30 days, a password login sends a 6-character code to your email to confirm it’s really you.
  • The code expires after 10 minutes and leaves out easily confused characters (no 0/O, 1/I/L).
  • Signing in through the emailed magic link instead of a password skips having to type the code.
This is a one-time security check, not a problem with your account. When you sign in with your password after being away for more than 30 days, Uplifter emails you a short code to verify that it’s you before letting you in. To finish signing in, open the email, copy the 6-character code, and enter it on the verification screen — within 10 minutes. If it expires, request a new one and try again. You’ll only see this step after a long gap. Once you’re back in and using your account regularly, password logins go straight through without the extra code. If you’d rather not type a code, use the Email Code sign-in option and click the magic link in the email — that link signs you in directly and satisfies the same check.
