Must know
  • Coaches record evaluations; families view them read-only. They’re split into Upcoming and Completed tabs.
  • A single evaluation can mix scoring styles (Pass/Fail, a point scale, or repetitions), and each skill shows as Passed, Attempted, or Not Attempted.
  • Overall result badges include Pass, Retry, Excellent, and Satisfactory.
Open Evaluations and use the Viewing pills to pick a child if you have more than one. At the top, three stats summarize your athlete: Total Evaluations, Passed, and Pass Rate.

Switch between Upcoming and Completed

The Upcoming tab lists evaluations a coach has assigned but not yet finished. The Completed tab lists finished evaluations, each with its overall result badge and a Skills Passed count.

Click View on any evaluation to open the full result — the overall status and score, every skill marked Passed, Attempted, or Not Attempted, any per-skill comments, and the coach’s notes.
Evaluations are the individual assessments coaches complete. The mastery totals they roll up into live on the Skill progress page, and finishing one can earn your athlete a badge — see the related articles.
