  • You see only evaluations your club has published, plus drafts marked Draft if your club shares drafts.
  • Open Evaluations from the label on your athlete’s card, or the Evaluations button in the Progress section of their page. It is not in the sidebar.
  • Pass Rate is Passed out of Total Evaluations, and the total includes Upcoming ones.
  • Upcoming is usually empty. It only shows started drafts your club shares, or published evaluations still in progress.
Where to find it. Go to Athletes and tap the Evaluations label on your athlete’s card. You can also open your athlete’s profile and use the Evaluations button in the Progress section. Both open the page for that athlete. With two or more athletes, Viewing buttons at the top let you switch. The top of the page. Three tiles summarize your athlete: Total Evaluations, Passed and Pass Rate. Passed counts Pass, Excellent and Satisfactory results. Pass Rate is Passed divided by Total Evaluations, and the total includes Upcoming evaluations, so one still in progress lowers the rate. Past 200 evaluations, a notice says only some are listed, and the tiles still cover them all.

Pick a tab

The page opens on Upcoming (n). Completed (n) holds finished results, and its count is Passed plus Retry. On a phone the tabs become a dropdown. Each card shows the evaluation’s name, a status badge and the date. Upcoming cards add a skill count. Completed cards show Skills Passed with a progress bar.

Open one for the details

Tap View. The panel shows the Status and a Score out of 10, such as 7.5/10. Skills are grouped into sections, and a section can show a rule badge: All skills, a count such as 2 of 6, or a percentage. Each skill shows Passed, Attempted or Not Attempted, and any coach comment. Coach Notes and the coach’s name (Evaluated by) come last.
Upcoming, explained. Blank evaluations a coach has not started stay hidden unless your club publishes one. Upcoming stays empty unless a coach has started marking a draft your club shares, or a published evaluation is still in progress. Empty tabs read No Upcoming Evaluations and No Completed Evaluations. Drafts and publishing. Your club decides, for each kind of evaluation, when families see results: staff publish each one by hand, it publishes as soon as it is recorded, or it publishes once it is a set number of days old. A club can also show unpublished evaluations as drafts, with an amber Draft badge on the card and in the panel. Editing a published evaluation can unpublish it, so a result may briefly disappear. Scoring. Coaches score skills as Pass / Fail, Point Scale, Repetitions or Grade Scale. You only see Passed, Attempted or Not Attempted. The mix rolls up into one score out of 10. Emails and sharing. If your club has the Evaluation Completed email on, you get it once the evaluation is published with a Pass, Excellent or Satisfactory result, never for Retry. Someone your athlete is shared with through Family sees evaluations only if the share includes Progress. Missing a result, or curious about badges? See the related articles.
