Must know
  • Four ways in. Google, Microsoft, Email Code (a code or link sent to your email, no password) or your email and password all work for families.
  • Google or Microsoft needs the right email. It works only when the email matches the account your club has on file, or when you start from your club’s website.
  • Codes expire. Sign-in codes and links last 10 minutes, and only the newest one works.
  • One more thing. After you sign in, a One more thing page may ask you to accept the terms or sign your club’s waivers.
Where to start. On your club’s website, choose Login in the header (or mobile menu). On a club’s own web address, you pass through the central login page and come back signed in. Under the sign-in options, Find your club looks up your club’s website (see How do I find my club on uplifter.app?), and Get started is for clubs joining Uplifter, not families. Pick one way to sign in.
Choose Google or Microsoft and finish signing in with that account. It works only when that email matches the account your club has on file, or when you started from your club’s website. Otherwise you see a page from the table below.
No password? Families whose club moved to the new Uplifter have no password yet and use Email Code: see My club moved to the new Uplifter. How do I sign in? If a club invited you as a guardian and you already have an account, signing in any of these ways accepts the invitation. If Google or Microsoft stops you. Nothing is created or changed. More help: see Why can’t I sign in? After you sign in. A One more thing page may ask you to accept the terms or sign waivers: see Why does Uplifter say ‘One more thing’ after I sign in? Then you go back to the page you were on or, from the login page, to the family portal (the Guardian Portal on screen).
