  • You must be signed in. You pick and add one child at a time, and each child gets their own Start now or Next cycle choice and Due today amount.
  • On a membership marked Waiver required, each child’s waiver is signed before their line goes into your cart.
  • A child can have only one line for a membership in your cart. Checkout refuses a child with an active membership for the same cycle, but you can still buy the next cycle.
  • If fewer spots are left than children in your cart, checkout refuses the extra children before you pay.
Build each child’s line on your club website’s memberships page, then pay once. A card’s badges show any ages, level or achievement it needs, and Waiver required or Auto-renews when they apply.

Pick the first child

If the card shows Sign in to buy, click it and sign in. Then click Select athlete. In Who is this registration for?, pick a child, or click Add Athlete to enter a new child’s details and family. The card reads Assigned to that child.

Choose when coverage starts

If the card offers Start now and Next cycle, pick one. Due today shows that child’s cost.

Click Add to cart

The button reads Checking… while it checks eligibility. If the child does not qualify, the reason shows in red and Add to cart stays off. On a Waiver required membership, a Sign waivers dialog opens for that child, and the line is added once every waiver is signed. If you close it, your selection stays. If the button reads Couldn’t load waivers - retry, click it to try again.

Add another athlete

The card now shows In cart for Maya and the button reads Add another athlete. Click it, pick the next child, and repeat steps 2 and 3. Then the card reads In cart for Maya, Leo.

Check out once

Open your cart and pay for everyone together. If checkout refuses a child, remove that line and pay for the rest.
One line per child. A child already in your cart for that membership cannot be added twice. Checkout refuses a child whose membership is already active for the same cycle. More than one family. Each membership line in your cart and at checkout has a Purchase belongs to picker. Choose the family that owns the purchase. Removing a line. Removing one child’s membership also removes that child’s program or booking lines that needed it; other children’s lines stay.
