Must know
  • The password-reset link expires after 1 hour — request a new one if it lapses.
  • A new password must be at least 12 characters and include upper- and lower-case letters, a digit, and a special character.
If you can’t remember your password, you don’t need to create a new account — just reset it from the login page.
1

Request a reset link

On the login page, choose Forgot your password?, enter your email address, and submit. If an account exists for that address, a reset link is emailed to you.
2

Open the link in time

Open the email and click the reset link within 1 hour. If it has already expired, you’ll land on an Invalid Reset Link page — choose Request New Reset Link to start over.
3

Choose a new password

Enter a new password that meets the requirements (12+ characters, mixed case, a number, and a special character), confirm it, and save. You can then log in with the new password.
For security, the on-screen confirmation looks the same whether or not an account exists for the email you entered. Either way an email is sent: a reset link if the address has an account, or a short notice that no account was found. If nothing arrives, check your spam or junk folder before trying again.
