Must know
  • Once you’re admitted from the queue you have the time your club set — 10 minutes by default — to complete your registration before the reserved spot is released.
  • Keep the page open while you wait — it shows your position and updates automatically. Leaving the queue while you wait gives up your place.
  • The waiting room manages a rush at registration open; it is not the same as a waitlist for a program that’s already full.
For high-demand openings, your club may place everyone in a virtual waiting room so sign-ups are handled fairly and the program isn’t oversold in the first seconds. While you wait you’ll see You’re in the Queue with your position in line (like #12), how many people are waiting, and an estimated wait time. The message reminds you: “Please wait while we prepare your spot. Do not close this page.” The page refreshes on its own — there’s nothing to click. If you need to step away, Leave Queue on this screen gives up your place; you’d start over at the back of the line if you return. When it’s your turn, the screen changes to You’re In! with a countdown timer set to the time your club allows (10 minutes by default). Select Continue to Registration and complete your sign-up before the timer runs out — there’s no leave option during this reserved window. If the time lapses, the spot is released so the next person in line can take a turn.
