Must know
  • Only the primary guardian can promote another guardian to primary or remove a guardian, and the Sharing panel appears on the primary guardian’s view of the athlete.
  • The Share registrations switch controls whether this athlete’s other guardians see the programs you’ve registered them for — it’s off unless you turn it on.
  • Invoices and payments always stay private: each guardian sees only their own billing for the athlete, whatever the sharing switches are set to.
  • Removing a guardian immediately revokes their access to that athlete.
Everything below lives in the Guardians section of an athlete’s page in the parent portal, and is available to the primary guardian.
1

Promote a guardian to primary

Next to a co-guardian, open the actions menu and choose Set as primary. That person becomes the primary guardian and gains the management controls; you become a co-guardian.
2

Remove a guardian

Open the same actions menu and choose Remove, then confirm. They lose access to the athlete right away. (You can re-invite them later if needed.)
3

Choose what co-guardians can see

In the Sharing panel, turn Share registrations with other guardians on or off — it decides whether the athlete’s other guardians see the programs you’ve registered them for, and it starts off. A Share financial details switch appears alongside it, but your invoices and payments stay visible only to you either way — each guardian’s billing is always private.
Sharing settings apply per athlete, so you can be more open on one child and more private on another. A co-guardian always keeps the basic access they need to help manage the athlete — the sharing switch only changes whether they can see the programs you’ve signed this athlete up for; your invoices and payments for the athlete are never shown to other guardians.
