For club staff

Merge duplicate athletes and guardians. Athletes > Merge Profiles shows what will combine and asks you to type a confirmation before it merges. Guardians can Combine duplicates among their own athletes. See merging profiles. Sell punch cards. With Punch Cards on your plan, you create and issue cards under Financials > Punch Cards, and programs accept them. Families buy cards in your club’s store (when Store is also on your plan), spend punches at checkout and track them in the family portal. See passes vs punch cards. Connect your own domain. With Custom Domains on your plan, the Custom domain card on Settings > Website > General lists the DNS records to add, with live status. Families can sign in and pay there. See your own domain. Email opt-outs and the Suppression List. Unsubscribing from your club’s email now stops every campaign and Organization Rules email. Receipts and invoices still arrive. Settings > Communication > Suppression List shows who your email no longer reaches, and why. Invited guardians who never signed in get no marketing campaigns. See the suppression list. Switch off any system notification. Every rule on System Rules now has Disable and Enable, and payout alerts go only to admins. From Uplifter 1.7.1, System Rules lists every automatic email. See notification rules. Review program applications. With Program Applications on your plan, Application Required programs have an Applications tab. Approving charges the family’s saved card and enrolls the athlete. A decline can include a reason. See applications. Top up your payout balance. Top Up Balance on Financials > Payouts adds funds from a saved card, and the refund dialog offers it when your balance falls short. See top-ups. Reports: Excel export and saved views. Export offers CSV or Excel with a column picker. Filters take several values, reports have search, and saved Views can be shared and set as a default. See reports. Require all selected items. A requirement with two or more levels, memberships, passes or achievements can require all of them, not just one. Families see every item they still need, and a required membership can be added right at checkout. See restrictions. Visible to Families, with a go-live time. Show on Marketing Site is now Visible to Families and also hides a program from the family portal. An optional Go-Live Date & Time keeps it out of every listing until then. Registration stays open through the direct link. See hiding a program. A public display name. Settings > Organization > Overview adds a Display Name for your website, emails and receipts. Your club name stays the legal name for payments. See club details. Tax-exempt items. Programs, store products and memberships have a Tax Exempt switch, honored at checkout, the point of sale, invoices and renewals. See sales tax. New custom question types. Questions can be Date or Multiple Choice, Yes/No questions show two choices with neither picked in advance, and memberships can ask questions at checkout. See custom questions. Bulk edit program dates. Bulk edit keeps your selection across searches and pages, selects every match (up to 200), and adds Program Dates with a review of affected sessions and billing. See bulk editing. Change registration style after athletes register. Switch between Enroll in entire program, Sign up per class and Full & Drop-in. A dialog shows who is affected and lets you decide what happens to them. See registration styles. Session times that change mid-program. My sessions change times in the schedule builder gives each time slot its own start and end dates. See schedules. Waitlist promotion includes the required membership. Promotion now charges and grants a required membership. Automatic promotion leaves the athlete waitlisted when it can’t be bought. See promotion charges. Staff invitations and 18+ confirmation. The staff menu splits Edit Details from Edit Permissions, imported staff can be invited, and removed or expired invitations no longer block re-inviting. New staff confirm they are 18 or older. See inviting staff. Organization Assets. Settings > Organization > Organization Assets lists each uploaded file, its size and where it is used, and programs that collect files gain a Documents card. See organization assets.

For coaches

Evaluations wait until they are published. New evaluations stay Unpublished, hidden from families, until someone with the new Publish Evaluations permission publishes them. Existing ones stay visible. From Uplifter 1.7.1, templates set when families see results. See evaluations.

For families

Spend account credit at checkout. Apply account credit works alone or with gift cards, and an order fully covered by credit needs no card. Refunds return the credit part to the balance. From Uplifter 1.7.1, credit can also pay part of an invoice. See credit balance. One Fees line at checkout. Checkout and the invoice pay screen show one Fees row with a breakdown button. Receipts show rates, such as “Tax (9%)”, and no service fee is quoted until a payment method is picked. See receipts. Book drop-ins up to 12 months ahead. The 7-day limit is gone. See drop-ins. Full programs stop checkout before payment. Families see “That spot just filled up” before being charged. A family who loses the spot after paying is refunded automatically. See class fills up.
