For club staff
Your dashboard opens on a new Home page. Home shows an Ask Hero box (when your plan includes Ask Hero), key numbers, action items such as Past-Due Invoices and Missing Waivers, Today at a glance and Recent Activity. The class calendar now has its own Calendar item in the sidebar, next to Home. See your dashboard Home, logging in and the class calendar. You can record an offline payment on an invoice. On an unpaid invoice created in the admin dashboard, you can record money you received outside Uplifter, such as cash or an E-transfer (clubs paid in Canadian dollars could also pick Interac E-transfer), with the date received and an optional reference. The payment settles the full balance. Ask Hero can propose it too. Since Uplifter 1.7.0, you do this from the Take payment dialog. See creating and sending an invoice, invoice statuses and what Ask Hero can and can’t do. Custom domains now serve your club website. At this release, Uplifter support connected the domain for you. A later update, Uplifter 1.5.2 (covered on the Uplifter 1.5.0 page), lets clubs whose plan includes Custom Domains connect one themselves. See using your own custom domain. Facility hours are easier to edit. A facility’s Operating hours and a space’s Availability Hours open in a side panel (a bottom sheet on phones) with a new time picker and an open or closed switch for each day.
