Must know
  • Released Thursday, August 20, 2026.
  • The family portal is now labelled Guardian Portal and has a new web address. Old links still open it.
  • Some changes depend on your plan. Settings > Organization > Features shows what your club has. A feature marked Not included needs Uplifter support.

For club staff

Sell and scan event tickets. With Event Ticketing in your plan, sell tickets on your club website and at the point of sale, with QR codes, email delivery, purchase limits and shareable Door scanner links. See selling tickets. Achievements that award themselves. In Settings > Training > Achievements (part of Training in your plan), athletes are awarded automatically when they meet your criteria. Achievements can be required for registration, and coaches can award them from evaluations. Since Uplifter 1.7.1, new awards can wait for someone with the Publish Achievements permission. See setting up achievements and coach awards. Build invoices from your catalog. Create Invoice builds lines from programs, memberships, passes and store items at catalog prices, adds required memberships and takes a discount. The invoice list’s status filter adds Overdue. See creating an invoice. Print or download a signed waiver. A signed waiver on an athlete’s profile has Print and Download and shows its version. See requiring waivers. More control over campaigns and notifications. Email and SMS campaigns can combine audiences, preview and deselect recipients, and copy staff. In Settings > Communication > Notifications you can also reword system notifications, copy staff on them and switch optional rules on or off. Since Uplifter 1.7.1, rules are built and edited on a full page instead of a pop-up. See notification rules. A Home Page screen and custom pages. Settings > Website > Home Page now holds the hero and info boxes for every club. With Website Customization in your plan, you can build pages from widgets and customize the header navigation. See your club website. Prorate memberships or charge the full period. A Prorate partial periods switch lets a flat fee, like a camp week, always charge full price. See membership pricing. Adding a member charges like checkout. Add member charges the saved card at checkout pricing (proration, tax, fees) with a Charge summary, or emails an invoice if no card is saved. Comp (no charge) is a switch. See adding a member. Program editing matches program creation. A program’s Configure panel gains a Billing tab, Edit step-by-step reopens the full editor, weekly schedules can change with athletes enrolled, and existing programs can join a season. See editing a program. Past rosters show everyone who took part. Finished programs and past sessions count everyone who took part, in the coach portal too, instead of zero. See enrolled athletes. Record refunds on imported invoices. On invoices imported from your previous system, Record refund logs money returned outside Uplifter, or refunds to account credit or the original card where possible. See what you can refund. Deactivated accounts stop receiving messages. Deactivated accounts and removed members get no email or text, and recipient lists show them as Suppressed. See unsubscribes and bounces. View Families controls Guardians. View Families now covers the whole Guardians section, the Guardians report and guardian exports. See staff permissions.

For families

The family portal is now the Guardian Portal. It has a new web address, and old links still open it. Orders is now Invoices, and each athlete’s page shows their achievements and badges. See the Guardian Portal. Email preferences for each club. Email Preferences in Settings lets you unsubscribe from or resubscribe to each club. See emails you receive.

On your club website

The Contact page uses your club details. It shows the email, phone and address from Settings > Organization > Overview. Since Uplifter 1.5.0, the phone number comes from your default location in Settings > Organization > Facilities. See contact details.

Smaller fixes

  • Order confirmation emails itemize service fee and surcharge rows.
  • A gift card that covers the whole order completes checkout without a card or fees.
  • Paying an order in the family portal uses the checkout payment step.
  • The Transactions list sorts consistently and adds a Settled column.
  • One-time memberships no longer show /yr on your club website.
  • Discount Uses match the list after a cancellation.
  • Every staff role sees Admin after switching to the family portal.
  • Ask Hero asks for dates before creating programs or bookings, and keeps your conversation on refresh.
  • Revoking a guardian invite no longer errors.
  • Program end dates are capped at 10 years from today.
  • The days picker runs Sunday to Saturday, and invoice lines scroll on phones.
  • For clubs moving from Uplifter 1.0, in-progress registrations, waitlists, waivers, medical data and balances carry over.
