Must know
  • Released Wednesday, September 16, 2026.
  • Club staff now see product updates inside Uplifter, under What’s new at the bottom of the admin dashboard sidebar and in the notifications bell.
  • Some changes depend on your plan. Settings > Organization > Features shows what your club has. A feature marked Not included needs Uplifter support. These include Waitlists, Passes, Reports, Training and Ask Hero (AI assistant).

For club staff

Product updates in your dashboard. What’s new counts unread updates, and a major one pops up once with See all updates. Choose when waitlist families pay. Settings > Registration > Waitlists charges the program fee and any required membership When a spot opens up or As soon as they join the waitlist, and can require memberships and passes before joining. The defaults keep the earlier behavior. A Families directory. Athletes > Families has table and card views, search, filters and sortable columns, and each family shows a Missing requirements card. It needs the View Families permission. See who changed what. My Organization > Activity log has filters and Export CSV, which needs the new Export Activity Log permission (custom roles don’t get it automatically). Key records gain an Activity tab, and families get Account activity & security in the family portal. Waivers keep every revision. Each signature is tied to the version signed. Review waiver changes compares revisions before you publish, Unavailable pauses signing, and Require re-sign expires signatures. Families sign by typing or drawing, download what they signed, and aren’t asked again for a covered waiver. Class Lists grid. Reports > Attendance > Class Lists prints a program with a row per athlete and a column per session, optional Sign In / Sign Out columns and an Excel download. One Take payment dialog. Take payment now covers saved cards and bank accounts, card terminals, account credit, cash and e-transfer, and says why an option is unavailable. Uplifter 1.7.1 adds it to partially paid invoices and lets gift cards and credit pay part. Enrollment status drives billing. Pause pauses the recurring charge, Set Active resumes it without back-billing, Mark Complete ends it, and Re-enroll… on a cancelled enrollment opens the enroll tray with the program chosen. Stricter or softer requirements. Membership and pass requirements get How strict: Refuse early, Refuse at checkout or Warn only. Families see a “Before you get this” panel and can buy a required membership in the same visit. Ask Hero knows your settings. When your plan includes Ask Hero (AI assistant), Hero answers questions about your billing day, fees, waitlists and plan features, and says when a feature is off or a permission is missing. Its cards show names, not ID codes. Change a pass families hold. Changing a pass between unlimited and credits, or its credits, asks what current holders get. Refund to account credit. Account credit is a refund choice when you cancel an enrollment, end a membership or cancel a session through Ask Hero, and session credits default to the rate each family paid. Bigger tables, smarter search. Admin tables open at 100 rows, and search finds every word you type, in any order. Point of sale pay links. QR pay links cover the full total, list the items and end when they expire, and a refused link points you to the card terminal or cash. The register fits a tablet screen.

For coaches

Teams inside a program. Programs can be split into teams, called groups in the coach portal. Coaches move an athlete for every session or this session only, filter by group, see who marked attendance, and see answers set to Show on attendance roster. Evaluation sections and level progression. Evaluation templates get named sections (for example Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor) with required skills and completion rules, and can be duplicated. Completing a level starts its Next level automatically.

For families

Pay the club with cash or e-transfer. Clubs turn on Cash and, in Canada, Interac E-transfer in Payment methods & service fees under Settings > Financials > Checkout & Taxes. A signed-in family who picks one is registered right away with an invoice due that day, which staff settle with Take payment. See your place in line. Waitlisted families see their place, such as “#3 in line”. Staff reorder or remove people on the Waitlist tab, the Programs list gains a Waitlist column, and turning off Show Families Their Place in Line hides places. Simpler family setup. Every account gets a named family, so adding a child no longer asks for one. When you accept an invitation to a family, you can choose Merge a family I manage and see what will combine before you confirm. Athletes added by staff join the family right away. Returned bank payments keep access. A direct debit returned for a reason such as insufficient funds no longer cuts off access: the invoice reopens for payment. Disputed returns still cut off access.

On your club website

Price per session. On your club website and the family portal, per-session programs lead with their rate, such as “25.00persession",anda[billing](/club/programs−classes/set−program−pricing)linesuchas"Billedmonthly,about25.00 per session", and a [billing](/club/programs-classes/set-program-pricing) line such as "Billed monthly, about 50.00 to $125.00 depending on the classes scheduled”.
