Must know
- US and Canada only. Uplifter signup is for clubs in the United States and Canada, and the plan you pick must match your club’s country.
- Paid plans need a card. Paid plans ask for a payment method at signup and start a 30-day free trial. A free plan is active right away.
- Payments need your legal name. To accept payments you confirm your registered legal business name, which must match your official registration exactly, then give Adyen (the payment company Uplifter uses to process card and bank payments and pay out to your bank) your business details, identity documents and a bank account.
- Start verification early. It usually takes 1-2 business days, and your site can’t go live until it’s done.
Already have an Uplifter login? Select Already have an account? Sign in at the top of signup first, then choose Continue as your name.
Waits to plan around. Start Set up payments as soon as you reach the go-live checklist, then keep setting up while Adyen reviews it. Once verified, you can publish before adding a bank account, but payouts need one.
Coming from another system or Uplifter 1.0? Setup has no import step: Uplifter’s team brings your data in. See moving from another system or moving from Uplifter 1.0. If your club took cards through Adyen in Uplifter 1.0, skip Set up payments: your payment account comes over with the final import.
Did Uplifter set up your club? You skip signup: accept the emailed invitation within 7 days and setup opens as usual.
