Must know
- Your web address stays as it is unless you choose your Uplifter 1.0 address. Choosing it moves your new site to that address the moment the import starts, and the address your new site had until then stops working, with no redirect.
- Your new site can’t be published until the final import is done and your payments are verified and finalized.
- Once you publish, your club’s card in the Find your club directory points to the new site.
- Uplifter retires your Uplifter 1.0 site after the final import, once you confirm the new site.
1
Check your logo and colors
Open the Branding card on Settings > Website > General. If anything is missing, add it.
2
Turn hidden items back on
Show the ones that should be public under Registrations > Programs, Store > Products or Athletes > Memberships. For a program, turn on Visible to Families.
3
Go live after the final import
During a preview, Go Live stays greyed out. Its tooltip mentions payments, but the preview is the reason (see preview import); Ask Hero and the go-live checklist say “Finish your final import before publishing.” After the final import, you still need verified, finalized payments before you click Go Live on Settings > Website > General. See Why can’t I take my website live yet?
4
Confirm your new site with Uplifter
Tell Uplifter your new site looks right, so your Uplifter 1.0 site can be retired. To reach Uplifter’s team, see How do I contact Uplifter support?
