What comes over from Uplifter 1.0?

Must know

Most of your club comes over: families, athletes, programs, seasons, enrollments, class schedules with attendance, memberships, waivers with their signatures, and store items.
Money comes over only with the final import. Balances, account credit, invoice history, gift certificates and saved cards never appear in a preview.
Hidden stays hidden. Anything hidden on your Uplifter 1.0 site comes over hidden.
Some areas only show once the matching feature is on for your club, such as Gift Cards, Punch Cards or Event Ticketing.

Preview first, money last. A preview import brings the structure over for review. Rows marked final import only arrive with Import and go live: see What is a preview import, and what changes when we go live?

Families and staff	Families (one per Uplifter 1.0 account), guardians, athletes, and staff with an email	Staff arrive with no permissions; coaches with no email stay listed by name on their programs. See families and staff.
Programs	Seasons, programs with categories and levels, enrollments including past ones, waitlists in the order families joined, and drop-in bookings on their session	Same-name programs combine only within one season. Monthly registrations keep billing on your Monthly billing day: see payments and billing. See programs and schedules.
Schedules	Sessions on your real schedule (exact days, times and skipped weeks), plus closure days	Past sessions arrive completed with attendance, upcoming ones scheduled, none added after your last one. Some closures arrive switched off.
Registration setup	Custom questions with families’ answers, athlete medical information, prerequisites, membership requirements, payment plans and age limits	Answers given on past orders: final import only. An age rule the new Uplifter can’t express comes over with no limit, or only the part that fits: check Registrations > Programs.
Waivers	Each club policy becomes a waiver, and every signing a signed acceptance with its own expiry	See below.
Memberships and passes	Membership plans and the athletes who held them, family-level fees as passes the family holds, and punch cards	Current-season plans are listed for sale; past-season plans are given by staff only. Without Punch Cards on, punch cards arrive as passes.
Discounts and fees	Coupons as draft discounts; a card convenience fee as a card surcharge that arrives switched off; a percent service fee as a surcharge that arrives switched on	Surcharges: final import only. See imported discounts.
Money (final import only)	Outstanding balances and account credit, settled invoice history, and gift certificate balances	See balances, invoices and gift cards.

Progress	Evaluation templates and evaluations, achievements and badges, level placements, and teams	Evaluations show under Athletes > Evaluations once Training is on.
Store	Items with name, SKU (product code), price and stock	Not variants, images or sales history.
Everything else	Staff-only notes, uploaded files, event tickets with past door scans, GL codes (accounting codes), tax settings, your logo and brand colors, and marketing-email opt-outs	Club documents land in Settings > Organization > Organization Assets, some files as name and date only. Imported ticket types can’t be sold. Logo and colors you already set stay.

Hidden stays hidden. Items Uplifter 1.0 kept off its listing pages come over hidden, though an unlisted program still takes registrations by its direct link. Turn them on under Registrations > Programs (Visible to Families), Store > Products or Athletes > Memberships. Features the import turns on. Memberships, Passes, Custom Information, Payment Plans and the Store switch on when your data needs them. Gift Cards, Punch Cards, Event Ticketing and Training depend on your plan. Settings > Organization > Features shows each as Enabled or Not included. Where did our old waiver signatures go? They sit with your waivers. Auto-renewing membership plans don’t come over. Re-create any still due to renew. Monthly program registrations do come over and keep billing.
A signup with no athlete attached becomes a pass the family holds, shown on the guardian’s Passes tab. Where a program requires the matching membership, that family’s athletes get it too.
A membership whose term had ended comes over completed.
Memberships may not be on for your club yet. Athletes > Memberships only shows once it is.
