# How do our programs, schedules and memberships look after the move?

> What your programs, sessions, closure days, pricing, memberships, passes, evaluations and waitlists look like in the new Uplifter after the move from Uplifter 1.0, and what to check.

<Note>
  **Must know**

  * **Class sessions follow your real Uplifter 1.0 schedule.** Nothing is added after your last scheduled session, so schedule your next term in the new Uplifter.
  * **Each season keeps its own programs.** Programs with the same name in different seasons stay separate programs.
  * **Current-season membership plans are listed for sale.** Past-season plans can only be given by staff.
  * **Payment plans carry over.** Programs that offered one in Uplifter 1.0 keep offering it to new families on the same schedule.
</Note>

**The short answer.** Uplifter's team runs the move, and your programs arrive as Uplifter 1.0 ran them. Some items arrive hidden, in draft or turned off.

| Area | What you'll see | What to do |
| - | - | - |
| Programs | Matched by name within each season. Same-name classes in one season also stay separate, each named with its day and time. | Check **Registrations > Programs**. |
| Sessions | The exact days, times and skipped weeks from Uplifter 1.0. Past sessions are **Completed**, with athletes marked **Present** or **Absent**; upcoming ones are **Scheduled**. | Schedule your next term. |
| Closure days | **Holidays**, scoped to the programs (and location) of the season they applied to in Uplifter 1.0. Some arrive turned off, such as part-day closures. | Review **Settings > Registration > Holidays**. |
| Age limits | A range Uplifter 1.0 only warned about at checkout goes into the program description. A rule that can't be one range imports with no limit, or with only the range every registration met. | Set limits under **Age Restriction** on the program's **Requirements** step. Imports never overwrite a limit you edited. |
| Per-class pricing | Priced from the imported schedule: billed monthly for that month's classes, charged once at registration for the classes still ahead, or charged as one price for the whole session. | Check prices, especially whole-session ones. A program still in **Draft** had no upcoming classes or couldn't be priced; it opens once Uplifter's team runs the import again. |
| Payment plans | Same deposit, number of payments and schedule. Payment plans are switched on for your club if needed. | Set up by hand any plan that couldn't carry: [offer a payment plan](/club/programs-classes/offer-a-payment-plan). |
| Requirements | Some programs now require a level, badge or membership at checkout, and some levels require a badge before placement. | If no athlete holds a required level or badge yet, nobody can register until you grant or award it. |
| Memberships | Current-season plans are for sale; past-season plans are staff-only. Plans Uplifter 1.0 added to the cart at registration are for sale too. | Give a past-season plan with **Add member**. Hide plans no program asks for. |
| Passes and punch cards | Family-level fees become passes staff give, not sold online. Punch cards keep their remaining punches. The passes screen needs **Passes** on for your club. | With **Passes** on, give a pass with **Issue pass** under **Settings > Registration > Passes**. |
| Evaluations and badges | Evaluations keep their completion status. Badges matching an imported evaluation template award automatically from now on; the rest show **Manual only** under **Settings > Training > Achievements**. Both need **Training** on for your club. | Nothing. A later import never gives back a badge staff revoked. |
| Levels and teams | Level tags become level placements, and program groups become teams. | Find teams on the program's **Athletes** tab. |
| Waitlists and drop-ins | Waitlists keep the order families joined. Drop-in bookings land on their session. | Nothing. |
| Hidden items | Programs, store products and plans Uplifter 1.0 kept off its listing pages come over hidden. A hidden program still takes registrations by direct link. | Turn on **Visible to Families** (program), **Active** (product) or **Available for purchase online** (plan). |

**No sessions or attendance?** Sessions, attendance, closure days and drop-in bookings need a time zone: Uplifter 1.0's, or the one set for your club. With neither, they wait until one is set and Uplifter's team runs the import again. If the two differ, classes keep the times families saw in Uplifter 1.0, so check **Time zone** under **Settings > Organization > Overview** before you go live.
