# What's the difference between full and drop-in registration?

> How enrolling in the full program compares to dropping in for a single session.

<Note>
  **Must know**

  * **Full program** = one enrollment covering every remaining session at the flat (or recurring) rate.
  * **Drop-in** = a single session priced at the program's drop-in rate; you choose which session.
  * Both options draw on the **same shared capacity**, so a program can fill up from either kind of sign-up.
  * If you hold a qualifying pass or membership, either option can show a **discounted price** — the standard price appears crossed out next to your lower price.
  * Upgrading from a drop-in to the full program charges the full price — there's no credit for a session you already paid for.
</Note>

Some programs let you register two ways. When you open one of these, the registration flow asks **"How would you like to register?"** and shows both choices:

* **Enroll in the full program** — one sign-up that covers all remaining sessions for the flat or recurring price. Best when your athlete will attend regularly.
* **Drop in for a single session** — pay the drop-in price for one session at a time. Best for trying a class or attending occasionally.

When you hold a qualifying pass or membership your club has priced these for, each choice shows your discounted price with the standard price struck through, and checkout charges the lower amount.

At some clubs a full-program enrollment is priced by a **rate card** rather than a single figure. Instead of a set price, the card and review screen show a **Rate Card tuition** table that pairs each **Weekly training** range — shown in minutes per week — with a **Monthly tuition**, and marks **Your tier**. Your monthly tuition is set from your athlete's total weekly training time across the club, so adding another class can move them into a different tier.

If a program is **drop-in only**, you skip straight to picking a session. If it's full-program only, there's no drop-in choice.

Because both kinds share the same seat count, a session can fill up whether people enrolled for the whole program or dropped in — so popular sessions can sell out. On a combined full-and-drop-in program, the drop-in option also has a 7-day booking window: sessions more than a week out stay greyed out until they come into range. A drop-in-only program has no such window, so any upcoming session is bookable.
