# What is my credit balance?

> The Credit Balance section on your Billing Details page — what account credit is and where it comes from.

  **Must know**

  * **Credit balance** is money a club has added to your account as a goodwill credit — shown on your **Billing Details** page.
  * It's tracked **separately for each club** you belong to, and it's **informational only**: the balance is a record of what a club has set aside for you.
  * If you have no credit, the section simply says so — nothing is owed to you and nothing is wrong.

Some clubs keep a credit balance on your account. As a goodwill gesture, a club can add credit that stays with them on your account. You can always see where it stands on your **Billing Details** page.

## Where to find it

In the parent portal, open **Billing Details** and look for the **Credit Balance** section. Each club that holds credit for you shows its own card with the current amount and either **Credit available** or **No credit available**. If nothing has been added yet, you'll see **No credit yet** — any goodwill credit a club adds will appear here once it exists.

## The activity history

Under each club's balance is a running history of every change, newest first:

* **Date** — when the entry was recorded.
* **Type** — in practice this is **Credit added**, and occasionally **Adjustment** when a club corrects or reverses a credit.
* **Description** — a short note about the entry; today it mirrors the type label (for example, **Credit added**).
* **Amount** — how much was added (**+**) or removed (**−**).
* **Credit balance** — your total right after that entry.

When there's a long history, only the most recent entries are listed, with a note showing how many of the total you're seeing.

This view is informational only — it's a record of the credit a club is holding for you, not something you spend from here. If you have credit, reach out to that club with any questions about it.
