# How do I see my passes and remaining credits?

> Where to view held passes, remaining credits, and expiry in your portal.

<Note>
  **Must know**

  * The passes view is **read-only** — you can't buy more credits from here.
  * A **Credits** pass shows remaining and total credits; an **Unlimited** pass shows an **Unlimited** badge instead.
  * Passes only appear if your gym has the passes feature turned on.
</Note>

To see the passes covering your family, sign in to your portal and open an athlete. The **Passes** section lists the passes that apply to that athlete.

For each pass you'll see:

* The pass name, plus a badge that reflects its type — an **Unlimited** badge on a pass with no use limit, or an **Empty** badge on a Credits pass with no uses left.
* **Remaining / total** for a Credits pass — how many uses are left out of the original number, shown with a progress bar. An Unlimited pass shows no count or bar.
* The **Expires** date and which programs the pass is valid for (or **All programs**). A Credits pass also shows its limit period.

Because a pass covers everyone you guard, the same pass shows for each of your athletes — it isn't split between them.

This view is for checking, not buying. There's no "buy more credits" button here; to add a pass or replace one that's run out, head to the **Passes** page on your gym's website and purchase it there. If you don't see a Passes section at all, your gym doesn't currently offer passes.
