# What's on my family dashboard, and what do its alerts mean?

> What each part of the family portal Dashboard shows, and when its action items and membership alerts appear.

  * **Action items show what needs doing now:** **Pay** an invoice, **Review & sign** a waiver, or **Update info** for medical details.
  * **A waiver item turns urgent** (red) as the program start gets close.
  * **Membership alerts** appear when a payment is overdue and shortly before a membership renews.
  * **Discover new programs at \[club]** links straight to your club's website.

**Where to find it.** **Dashboard** is the first menu item and the page the family portal opens on. It greets you with **Hey** and your first name, then shows your next class, alerts, athlete stats, **This week** and new programs.

**Choose who you're viewing.** With two or more athletes, a **Viewing** row shows **All** (**Both** for two) and each athlete. Pick one to filter the page, and pick them again to see everyone. Payment items always show, whoever you pick.

**What each alert means.** Alerts appear only when something needs you, and each card opens where you fix it. Action items come first, most urgent at the top, then membership alerts.

| **Payment failed**, **Payment overdue** or **Payment due soon** for \[club] | An invoice to you has a failed payment, is past due, or is due soon | **Pay** opens the invoice |
| **Waiver missing for** \[athlete] | An athlete's program or drop-in session needs a waiver that is unsigned or expired | **Review & sign** opens the registration with the waiver ready |
| **Medical info missing for** or **Medical info needs an update for** \[athlete] | The athlete's program requires medical information, and none is saved or the saved record is due for a review (the card shows when it was last reviewed) | **Update info** opens **Medical information** |
| \[athlete]'s \[membership] **payment is overdue** | A membership payment failed or the membership lapsed | **Update payment** opens **Billing Details** |
| \[athlete]'s \[membership] **renews** \[date] | An active membership not set to cancel renews soon | **View membership** opens **Memberships** |

**Waiver urgency.** Waiver cards are amber, then turn red as the program start gets close. Only people who can sign for the athlete see them. Someone you gave shared access to never does.

**The rest of the page.**

* **Next class.** Your next upcoming class, with a countdown, time and location. It opens the registration. With none, it reads **No upcoming classes**.
* **Athlete cards.** **Attendance**, **Streak** and **Skills** for each athlete. A card opens their profile.
* **This week.** Classes still to come in the next 7 days, or **Nothing this week**. **Full schedule** opens **Schedule**.
* **Discover new programs at \[club].** Programs your athletes can join, one row per club. **See all programs** and each card open your club's website, when the club has a published one.
* **+ Add Athlete.** Adds an athlete. It sits beside the greeting on phones, top right on larger screens.
