# What is the Uplifter parent portal?

> An orientation to the parent portal — one login for all your athletes across every Uplifter club.

<Note>
  **Must know**

  * One account works across **every club** your children attend. Your athlete list shows all of them, no matter which club each one belongs to.
  * You can only ever see **your own children** in the portal — never anyone else's athletes.
  * Medical information is shared across all of an athlete's clubs, while each club controls only what its own forms ask for and display.
</Note>

The parent portal is your home base for everything your family does with a sports club that uses Uplifter. You sign in once, and the portal pulls together all of your athletes — even if they train at different clubs — under a single account.

Each athlete gets their own card with quick links to that athlete's **skills, attendance, evaluations, and medical information**; a combined **schedule** view lives on its own portal page. Inside the portal you view your orders and receipts, check membership and pass status, see the waivers signed for your athletes, and pay or retry any order that's due, overdue, or failed — including a membership or pass. Registering for programs and signing waivers happen on your club's public website, which you reach with the same login, and that's also where you first buy a membership or pass.

Because families often have children at more than one club, the portal is built to span clubs. Add an athlete once and they stay on your account; the club is attached later, when you register that athlete for a program. Update an athlete's medical details and that record follows them to every club they belong to — each club simply decides which fields to show on its own forms.

Your sign-in is shared between the portal and your club's public website, so once you log in on either one you stay signed in on the other.
