# How do I view my athlete's class schedule?

> See upcoming practices, drop-ins, and competitions and switch between month, week, and list views.

<Note>
  **Must know**

  * The Schedule pulls **practices, drop-ins, and competitions across all your athletes** — only sessions the club has actually scheduled appear.
  * On narrower screens the Month and Week grids automatically collapse to a **List** view, whichever view you picked.
  * The **Active / Upcoming / Completed** status filter is figured from your device's clock, so it always reflects your local time.
</Note>

Open **Schedule** from the portal menu to see everything coming up for your athletes in one place. An **Up next today** section at the top highlights what's happening now and next; the rest of the page is a calendar you can browse. (That's separate from the **Today** button in the toolbar, which jumps the calendar back to the current date.)

<Steps>
  <Step title="Pick a view">
    Use the **Month**, **Week**, and **List** tabs (top right on wider screens) to change how sessions are laid out. Use the date arrows to move forward or back, or **Today** to jump back to now.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Filter what you see">
    Open **Filters** to narrow by **Athletes**, **Organizations**, **Type** (Recurring, Drop-in, or Competition), and **Status** (Active, Upcoming, Completed). Choose **Clear filters** to reset.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open a session for details">
    Click any session to see its date, time, and other details.
  </Step>
</Steps>

If nothing shows, it usually just means the club hasn't scheduled those sessions yet — practices, drop-ins, and competitions appear here once they're on the club's calendar.

When the club closes for a holiday, its scheduled drop-in and single-session dates are removed from the schedule. A **recurring** class you're enrolled in may still list on a closed day, so treat the club's closure notice as the source of truth — see the closures article for how closures work.
