# How do I switch between my athletes?

> Use the athlete selector to focus each progress page on one child at a time.

<Note>
  **Must know**

  * The **Viewing** selector only appears when you're a guardian of two or more athletes. With a single athlete there's nothing to switch, so it stays hidden.
  * You only ever see athletes you're a guardian of — you can't open another family's child.
  * The athlete you pick is remembered in the page's link, so a bookmark or a link you share reopens on that same child.
</Note>

Several progress pages — **Attendance**, **Skill progress**, and **Evaluations** — focus on one athlete at a time. When you have more than one athlete, a row of **Viewing** pills sits just below the page title.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Find the Viewing pills">
    Open Attendance, Skill progress, or Evaluations. Below the title you'll see a small pill for each of your athletes, each with their name and colored avatar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Tap the athlete you want">
    Click a pill to switch the whole page to that child. The pill you're viewing is highlighted with a colored ring, and the page reloads that athlete's data.
  </Step>
</Steps>

Your choice carries into the page's link, so refreshing, bookmarking, or sharing the link keeps you on the same athlete.

The **Schedule** page works a little differently: instead of one child at a time, it shows practices, drop-ins, and competitions for all your athletes together, with an **Athletes** filter you can use to narrow it down. See the schedule article for details.
