# How do I offer product pickup at a facility?

> Set a product's fulfillment type to pickup and assign the facility buyers collect it from.

  **Must know**

  * Available on plans that include **Store** — if you don't see it, ask your Uplifter contact.
  * A **Pickup Only** product needs at least one active facility — with none set up, the product won't save until you add one.
  * **Delivery Only** and **Pickup or Delivery** are marked *Coming Soon* and can't be selected yet.

Pickup fulfillment tells buyers that an item is collected at your club rather than shipped. It's set per product.

  <Step title="Open the product form">
    On **Store → Products**, add a new product or edit an existing one.

  <Step title="Choose the fulfillment type">
    Under **Fulfilment Type**, select **Pickup Only** ("Customer collects the order from your facility"). Delivery options are disabled while shipping is still in development.

  <Step title="Assign a facility">
    If your club has more than one facility, a **Pickup Facility** picker appears — choose where buyers collect this item, or leave it on your default facility. If you have no facilities set up, add one first: Uplifter won't let you save a pickup product until an active facility exists.

  <Step title="Save">
    Click **Add Product** or **Save Changes**. On the storefront the product shows a **Pickup** label, and buyers can filter for pickup items.

When a pickup order comes in, its **Store → Orders** row is tagged **Pickup**; expand the order and the line-item detail shows the exact pickup location (facility name and city) so front-desk staff know where to hand it over.
