# How are programs arranged on my website, and can I change the order?

> How category tiles, category order, season headings and the Level filter decide where programs appear on your club website, and what you can reorder.

<Note>
  **Must know**

  * **You order categories, not programs.** Categories show on your website in the order you set on **Settings > Registration > Categories**. Programs have no order setting of their own.
  * **Tiles use category images.** Home page category tiles use each category's image, and the **All Programs** tile has its own image.
  * **Season headings need Seasons.** With the Seasons plan feature on, **Group programs by season** on **Settings > Website > Pages** puts a heading per season on your Programs page.
  * **The Level filter shows every level.** It appears with the Training plan feature and lists all your levels. You can't hide single levels from it.
</Note>

**Your home page.** Once any category has programs, the home page programs section is titled **Explore Our Programs**, with an image tile for each category that has programs, led by an **All Programs** tile. Until then, it's titled **Programs & Registration** and lists programs open for registration. A category tile opens your Programs page filtered to that category; **All Programs** opens the full list.

**Your Programs page.** If you use categories, programs sit under category headings in your category order, with uncategorized programs last under **Other Programs**.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Categories in card view">
    Go to **Settings > Registration > Categories** and select **Cards** (the default). **Table** view shows "Switch to card view to reorder." Clear any search too: dragging works only on the full list.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Drag a category into place">
    Hover over a category card and drag it by the handle in its top-left corner. It saves right away with "Category order updated". New categories join the end.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set the tile images">
    Click **Edit** on a category card, add a **Category Image**, and click **Save Changes**. For the **All Programs** card, which always comes first, click **Edit**, set the **All Programs Image**, and click **Save Changes**. You see "All Programs category updated". A tile with no image shows your brand color.
  </Step>
</Steps>

**Programs have no order setting.** Under each heading, programs open for registration come first, then programs whose registration opens later.

**Grouping by season instead.** If your plan includes Seasons, go to **Settings > Website > Pages**, turn on **Group programs by season** in the **Programs Page** card (off by default), and click **Save Changes**. Your Programs page then shows one heading per season, latest start date first, then **Other programs** for everything else. These replace the category headings, unless no season is currently offered. The season filter works either way.

**The Level filter.** If your plan includes Training, your Programs page has a **Level** filter listing every level from **Settings > Training > Levels**, in the order set there. Choosing levels shows programs that have one of those levels as a requirement; programs with no level drop out. There's no setting to hide individual levels.
