# How do I view, print or download a signed waiver?

> Open a signed waiver from its Signatures view or the athlete's profile to view, print or download it, or download every signed PDF at once from Reports.

<Note>
  **Must know**

  * **Per waiver.** Each waiver's **Signatures** view lists every signature, with **View signed waiver** and **Download PDF**.
  * **In bulk.** **Reports > Compliance > Policies / Waivers** downloads a spreadsheet plus every signed PDF in one ZIP (50 MB limit; big archives are prepared in the background and kept for 24 hours). Available on plans that include **Reports**.
  * **Frozen copies.** Signed copies keep the wording and layout the family signed, even after you edit the waiver.
  * **No paper option.** You can't record a paper-signed waiver. It counts only once the family signs online, such as during registration or checkout, or in the family portal.
</Note>

**One waiver's signatures.** Signatures are listed newest first.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Signatures">
    Go to **Athletes > Waivers**. Click the waiver's title, or open its row menu and choose **Signatures**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Filter the list">
    Use **Signed version** and **Coverage** (**All coverage**, **Valid**, **Awaiting payment**, **Expired**). Results show 25 per page, with **Previous** and **Next**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="View, print or download">
    Each row shows the athlete and signer, signed version, coverage, and signed and expiry times. **View signed waiver** opens a print-ready copy with a **Print** button. **Download PDF** saves it. A row reading "Signing evidence needs review." has no copy.
  </Step>
</Steps>

**One athlete's waivers.** On the athlete's profile, the **Overview** tab's **Waivers** section marks each signed waiver **Signed** or **Expired**. Click **View**, then **View PDF**, **Print** or **Download**. **Evidence** saves a ZIP with the PDF and a signing summary. Staff with **Edit Settings** also see **Expire signature** (the document is kept). If nothing is signed, the section reads "No signed waivers found."

**Every signed PDF at once.** Open **Reports > Compliance > Policies / Waivers**. It shows the last 180 days of **Completed** dates by default. Choose **Export**, pick **Excel + signed PDFs** under **Format**, then **Download**: one ZIP with the full spreadsheet and a signed PDF per completed signature. Smaller sets download immediately. Bigger sets are prepared in the background (**Preparing archive**), then **Latest archive** > **Download archive** works for 24 hours after your request. Over 50 MB, you see "This archive exceeds 50 MB. Narrow the date range or filters and try again."

**Paper size and blank copies.** Copies use the waiver's **PDF layout** settings: **Paper size** (**Letter**, **Legal** or **A4**) and margin, as set on the version the family signed. For a blank copy, open the waiver with **Edit Waiver** and use **View blank PDF** or **Download blank PDF**. These use the last saved settings, so save first.

**Families and receipts.** Families download their own signed PDFs from **Waivers** in the family portal. Adding signed waivers to purchase receipts is a separate **Notifications** setting, off by default.
