# How do I see who's on a program's waitlist?

> View the ordered list of waitlisted athletes on a program's Waitlist tab.

  **Must know**

  * Available on plans that include **Waitlists** — if you don't see the Waitlist step, ask your Uplifter contact.
  * The Waitlist tab shows nothing until the waitlist is enabled in the program's settings.
  * Athletes are listed in join order — position #1 is next up.

Each program has its own **Waitlist** tab where you can see the line at a glance.

    Go to **Registrations → Programs** and select the program.

  <Step title="Open the Waitlist tab">
    Click the **Waitlist** tab. If the waitlist isn't enabled, you'll see a prompt to turn it on in the program's settings. Otherwise you'll see the **Program waitlist** card.

The card header summarizes the list — how many athletes are waiting, the maximum size if you set one, and an **Auto-promote enabled** note when Automatic Promotion is on. The table below lists each waitlisted athlete with their position number, name, and the date they joined, in first-come order. Each row has a **Promote** button for moving that athlete into the program by hand.

If the program bills per session, a separate **Session waitlists** section appears below for athletes waiting on individual sessions.

Watch for a **Waitlist Payment Pending** status when you check the program's athletes list: that's someone who was promoted but whose card hasn't cleared yet. They still occupy a spot in the program during their grace window, so no one else can be promoted into it.
