# How do I run, filter, and export business reports?

> Pick a report, filter it, sort and page the results, and download a CSV or print a sheet.

  **Must know**

  * Available on plans that include **Reports** — individual reports also need their own feature (e.g. training, store, memberships) and permission, so you'll only see the ones you're allowed to run.
  * **Download CSV** returns the **full** result set, not just the page you're viewing.
  * There's no scheduled or emailed delivery — reports run on demand.

Reports live under **Reports** in the dashboard. The landing page shows a card for each report *type*; open one to see its individual reports as tabs.

  <Step title="Pick a report type">
    On the Reports page, choose a card such as **Revenue**, **Invoices**, **Payments**, **Attendance**, or **Members**. Each card lists what that group covers.

  <Step title="Choose a report and filter it">
    Use the tabs to pick the exact report. The filter bar lets you set a **date range** plus, where relevant, **program**, **category**, **location**, **membership group**, **status**, and **athlete**. Results update as you filter.

  <Step title="Sort and page">
    Click a column header to sort; use the pager below the table to move through results. Summary cards and a chart sit above the table for a quick read.

  <Step title="Export or print">
    Click **Download CSV** to export the full filtered result set. A few reports — payment receipts, sign-in sheets, and evaluation sheets — are **printable**: open the sheet and use your browser's print dialog.

If a report warns that results were truncated, narrow the date range or filters to capture everything.
