# Which reports show revenue, tax, and receivables?

> A map of the financial report types and the question each one answers.

<Note>
  **Must know**

  * Available on plans that include **Reports** — if you don't see them, ask your Uplifter contact.
  * **Ledger** reports are **cash-basis** and cover GL-coded revenue — they don't include tax; use **Tax Collection** for that.
  * **Aged Receivables** buckets **all** outstanding balances by age, not just past-due ones; **Adyen Settlements** show gross/fees/net, not interchange detail.
</Note>

Under **Reports**, five report types cover your money. Here's what each answers.

**Revenue** — how much you earned, sliced different ways:

* Revenue by Program, Revenue by Product, Revenue by Category Level
* Revenue by Category × Location (net revenue per GL-code category and facility)
* Revenue Details (line-item level) and Monthly Revenue (month over month)

**Invoices** — what you've billed and what's outstanding:

* Invoices — Detailed and Invoices — Summary
* Invoices — Unbalanced (totals that don't reconcile, or overpaid)
* **Aged Receivables** — outstanding balances bucketed by age

**Payments** — money collected and its reconciliation:

* Payments–Invoice Summary and Invoice–Payment Reconciliation
* Payment Reconciliation (matched to the processor transaction)
* Payment Revenue Ledger (payments allocated to revenue GL codes)
* **Adyen Settlements** (payout batches with gross, fees, and net)
* **Gift Cards** (issued cards with balances, redemption to date, and outstanding liability)

**Ledger** — an accounting-style view:

* General Ledger (Derived) and General Ledger by Account (Derived), both cash-basis

**Tax & Receipts**:

* Tax Collection (tax on paid invoices, by month — with a per-tax-name breakdown like GST/PST/HST when you run more than one tax line)
* Payment Receipts (find an invoice and open a printable receipt)

Pick any of these from the Reports page, then filter, sort, and export as needed. Payment Receipts is the exception — you search it and print an individual receipt rather than sort columns or download a CSV. For a live visual view of revenue trends instead of a table, use the Analytics dashboard.
