# What does my Financial Overview dashboard show?

> A tour of the cards, charts, and payout summary on the Financial Overview page.

  **Must know**

  * **Platform Fees Deducted** is the payment-processing cost taken out of your sales this month — your club bears it.
  * The **Adyen Status** card reads **Pending** until verification finishes; before that, there usually aren't any payout or balance figures yet, because no funds have swept to your bank.
  * In the Payout Summary, **Net Paid Out** is an estimate — collected payments minus platform fees — not your exact settled bank total; the bank-settled figure shows as "net paid this month" on the **Pending Payouts** card.

Financial Overview is the top page under **Financials**. It brings your revenue, payouts, fees, and account status together in one place.

**Summary cards**

* **Total Revenue** — this month's revenue after estimated processing fees (a net figure, lower than gross earnings), with the change from last month.
* **Pending Payouts** — money on its way to your bank, plus net paid out this month.
* **Adyen Status** — **Active** once verified, or **Pending** while onboarding is incomplete.
* **Active Subscriptions** — how many recurring charges are running.
* **Platform Fees Deducted** — processing fees pulled from your transactions this month.

**Charts**

* **Revenue Over Time** — monthly revenue for the last six months.
* **Revenue Breakdown** — a donut chart of this month's revenue by category, with the period total in the center. The **Membership** slice covers program and class registrations, **Events** covers event revenue, and everything else — product sales, pass purchases, and most recurring membership subscriptions — rolls into **Merchandise**. The exception is a recurring membership billed on a multi-class rate card: its per-class charges carry a program link, so they land under **Membership** alongside one-time registrations.

**Payout Summary**

A small table shows **Gross Earnings**, **Platform Fees**, and **Net Paid Out** for both **This Month** and **YTD** (year to date). Gross is what you collected, Platform Fees are the Uplifter processing fees withheld, and Net Paid Out is an estimate of the remainder (collected minus fees) rather than your exact settled bank total — for the bank-settled amount, see "net paid this month" on the **Pending Payouts** card.

If the Adyen Status card shows Pending, finish verification first — until then, payout and balance figures generally aren't available yet, since no funds have swept to your bank.
