# How do I use the Analytics dashboard?

> A tour of the six Analytics tabs and how they differ from the exportable Reports suite.

<Note>
  **Must know**

  * Available on plans that include **Analytics** — if you don't see it, ask your Uplifter contact.
  * It's a **live, visual dashboard** — for downloadable data, use **Reports** instead.
  * All figures are organization-wide and update on their own; there's nothing to export here.
</Note>

The **Analytics** dashboard turns your club's data into live charts and KPIs across six tabs.

* **Overview** — athlete demographics (age, gender, level, status), headline KPIs (total athletes, active programs, total enrollments, team members), and an **Enrollment Trend** chart you can view over the last 3, 6, or 12 months.
* **Retention** — retention rate, churn this month vs last, athlete flow (new vs churned), and cohort retention.
* **Revenue** — recurring revenue, **Revenue by Category**, and a **Payment Methods** breakdown.
* **Engagement** — how actively families and athletes use your club.
* **Programs** — program-level insights.
* **Website** — visitor traffic to your public site.

**Analytics vs. Reports**

Think of Analytics as the at-a-glance picture and Reports as the working data. Analytics is built for scanning trends on screen; when you need rows you can filter, sort, and download, head to Reports.
