# How do I see which features are on for my club?

> Open Settings > Organization > Features to see which optional features your club has, what each one does, and how to get one that is off.

  **Must know**

  * **Settings > Organization > Features** lists every optional feature and marks it **Enabled** or **Not included** for your club.
  * **The page is view-only.** Club admins can view it but not change it; to add a feature, change your plan or contact Uplifter support.
  * **Off means hidden.** When a feature is off, its menus and settings pages are hidden.

**Before you start.** You need the **View Settings** permission to open this page.

    Select **Settings** near the bottom of the left sidebar, then **Features** under **Organization**.

    Under "View which features are available on your current plan", a line reads "\[n] of \[total] features enabled".

    Each card shows the feature's name, a short description and an **Enabled** or **Not included** badge. Enabled features come first. A **Not included** card is greyed out and reads "This feature is not enabled for your organization. Contact support to enable it."

**Where a feature comes from.** Each feature starts from your plan's defaults; Uplifter can also turn one on or off for your club alone.

**When a feature is off.** Its menus are hidden on purpose, so a missing menu is not a bug. A saved link to one of its pages shows a heading such as "Bookings Not Available" with the same contact-support line.

**Adding a feature.** Contact Uplifter support. If a higher plan includes the feature, **Settings > Billing & Usage > Subscription Billing** may also let you [upgrade your plan](/club/your-subscription/how-do-i-upgrade-my-plan) yourself. A greyed-out **Plan Changes Unavailable** button there means plan changes are closed for now, so ask support instead. Only Uplifter can turn on Ask Hero.

**What each feature does.** A few items offered only to particular clubs are left out.

| **Competitions** | Categories, results and large-scale registration |
| **SMS Messaging** | Text campaigns and conversations |
| **Email Campaigns** | Create and send email campaigns |
| **Custom Domains** | Your own domain for your club website |
| **Training** | Skills, evaluations, levels and training programs |
| **Store** | Products, the point of sale, an online store and orders |
| **Memberships** | Sell and manage memberships |
| **Waitlists** | Program and session waitlists with automatic promotion |
| **Passes** | Family passes that lower program prices, unlimited or with a set number of credits |
| **Payment Plans** | A deposit, then scheduled installments from the card on file |
| **Gift Cards** | Gift cards redeemable at checkout |
| **Punch Cards** | Prepaid punches for registrations and drop-ins |
| **Bookings** | Reserve spaces or staff time, such as private lessons |
| **Seasons** | Group programs, memberships and competitions into seasons |
| **Live Support** | Live chat support from Uplifter |
| **Custom Information** | Custom questions you ask at registration |
| **Analytics** | Club-wide enrollment trends and athlete demographics |
| **Reports** | Revenue, enrollment, retention, attendance and financial reports |
| **Time Tracking** | Staff clock in and out; managers approve timesheets |
| **Incident Reporting** | Log, track and resolve safety incidents |
| **Ask Hero (AI assistant)** | AI assistant in the admin dashboard, billed by metered usage |
| **Rate Cards** | Monthly tuition tiered by weekly class minutes |
| **Event Ticketing** | Tickets with QR codes, scanned at check-in |
| **Program Applications** | Applications to join invite-only programs; off by default |
| **Website Customization** | Custom pages and navigation for your club website; off by default |
