# How do I review a competition's roster?

> See who's registered and check each athlete's live compliance snapshot from the competition's Athletes tab.

<Note>
  **Must know**

  * Available on plans that include **Competitions** (defaults off) — if you don't see it, ask your Uplifter contact.
  * Compliance shown on the roster (membership, waiver, medical, level) is recomputed live each time you open it — it's not frozen onto the entry.
  * There's one entry per athlete per category — a duplicate registration is blocked at checkout with a message that the athlete is already registered for that event.
</Note>

Open a competition and use the **Athletes** tab to see everyone registered, with their event count and a live compliance snapshot.

Every roster shows the athlete's name, event count, age, and gender. On top of those, a column appears for each requirement your competition actually enforces — so a competition with no restrictions configured shows none of them:

* **Levels** — the athlete's levels, when the competition restricts by level.
* **Membership** — Verified or Missing, when a membership is required.
* **Waivers** — Signed or Not Signed, when a waiver is required.
* **Medical** — On File or Incomplete, when medical info is required.

Because these are recomputed each time you open the roster, a guardian who signs an outstanding waiver or renews a membership will show as compliant the next time you load the page — you don't have to re-import anything.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the Athletes tab">
    From Registrations → Competitions, open the competition and select **Athletes**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check compliance">
    Scan the compliance columns for anyone missing a membership, waiver, or medical requirement.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Follow up on gaps">
    Reach out to guardians about anything outstanding. Once they sign the waiver or renew the membership, the roster shows them as compliant the next time you open it.
  </Step>
</Steps>
